When we say Marsha delivers, we're not kidding. Beginning her career as a labor and delivery nurse, and following up that experience with positions focused on quality improvement, care management, and EHR implementation, Marsha's been there. She's done that. And she has the t-shirt (to say nothing of the resume - which reads like the label on a fine wine...invokes strong currents of clinical experience with overtones of quality improvement...notes of compassion and efficiency...with a professional finish) to prove it.
Since 2002, Marsha's focus (and her passion) has been helping practices implement Electronic Health Records in a way that empowers caregivers to focus on patients and not on technology. It's Marsha's belief (and we agree) that technology in a practice setting should be like oxygen: so transparent you don't even notice it's there.
Marsha describes a good day as one where she knows she's made a meaningful and lasting difference - if even in a small way - for her practices. It's even better if she gets a hug.
